After that, we continue to work closely with you to make sure that everything runs as it should. We use our own bespoke support management software, Prism, combined with a state of the art system monitoring tool that we install on your systems.
These programs allow our team to monitor your systems for potential problems, and record the information to ensure that your team and ours are always kept up to date.
