Transcendit use a program called N-Central to monitor customer's computer systems, servers and networks. N-Central uses pro-active, rather than reactive monitoring. This means that by using best practice thresholds set by Transcendit, the program can let us know something has happened before it starts to affect your businesses. This way, we will know about the problem and will often have fixed it before you need to pick up the phone.

We also ensure that someone from the Transcendit team is working no later than 7:30 each morning. This way we can know that by the time your working day starts, all of your systems, servers and devices are fully functioning and ready to go. We offer maintenance for your PC, Mac, network, tablet, smartphone, android and the Cloud.
