When you decide to work with Transcendit to create your website or application, we understand that the program we make will become a part of your brand. To make sure that you are happy that it reflects your business, we make sure that you’re involved in every stage of the design process.

What is the design process?

Meeting

We arrange a meeting with you in person to discuss your project and its requirements. This gives us a chance to introduce you to our team, and meet who you're going to be working with in person.

Initial mockup

We then create an initial mockup, usually of the homepage for your application or website. These could even be interactive so that you can see exactly how it will work.

Feedback

You then have the opportunity to give feedback on the mockup, and review with Transcendit the aspects that you like, and those you’d like to change.

Revisions

We then make the necessary revisions based on your feedback, and reiterate this process until you are completely happy with the mock-up that we have designed. We do this for every single page for your application or website.

Testing

We then test the application or site internally, to identify any bugs, problems or areas where we think the functionality of the program could be improved.

Staging

We then release the application or site to you, so that you can test the program yourself and provide any further feedback. Transcendit do this until you are completely happy.

Live deploy

Once everything is working as it should, the site or application can go live. At this point we test the live environment, and continue supporting you for as long as you'd like us to.

Our design process ensures total transparency. If you don’t like how things are looking with your site or application, you can always let us know straight away. We are never too busy, or too far along in the process to make changes, no matter how big or small.
