The Edinburgh MoonWalk is now an established annual event organised by the Walk the Walk charity, which is all about raising money for breast cancer related projects and research. This year the event took place on 9th June and Transcendit were very pleased to sponsor Gill Milne and her team (Viv, Verity and Sarah) as they completed the half marathon in torrential rain wearing their beautifully decorated bras! All 4 ladies were motivated by knowing close friends, relatives and colleagues who have suffered from breast and other cancers. Gill, a Transcendit shareholder (and Tom's wife), had persuaded the whole family to marshall at previous Walk the Walk events, as well speed-walking the Great North Run, accompanied by Verity, for the cause. So we felt it was about time we helped as well.
