We use screen mock-ups to ensure accurate designs that will match the final product and create prototypes for you to test and provide feedback on.

What's the process?

First, we meet with you in person to discuss exactly what sort of application you'd like us to build, what your business does and how you imagine the application would work. We are happy to make suggestions on areas in which we think it could be improved for better usability or functionality, but we go into as much detail as we can with you, and discuss how much freedom you'd like us to have.

Application development process

Transcendit then set up a staging environment, so that we can work on the application and you can see exactly how the project is progressing in real time. This ensures total transparency and allows you to be involved and informed at every single stage of building the application, and see any changes that we have implemented as they happen. We also set up Basecamp for you, an application we use to communicate with our clients, set to-dos and discuss changes with everyone on the project.

After a few conversations with you, we are able to draw up a list of ongoing expenses, one off costs and resources needed to build your application. We are then able to agree upon a time frame with you, and finalise when you would like the application to go live. If you feel like things need to be clarified or changed, we go back to the drawing board until you are completely satisfied with the plans for your application.

Once the application is built we make it live, which allows it to be viewed and used by whomever it was built for - be that customers, clients or employees. We also agree upon a support contract with you, which will usually cover the hosting costs and any changes or fixes to the application that can be made in under an hour. This allows you to be confident on the knowledge that we're on hand if you need us.

We tell you if we make a mistake.

Sometimes things can go wrong, but we never lie to you or try to cover something up. If things go askew we tell you what’s happened and how we plan to prevent it affecting your business.

We offer a service which is pro-active, not reactive.

We don’t increase the cost after your quote.

When we quote a fixed price, that's always the amount we charge – you won’t find any nasty surprises on a bill from us. If you are paying by time and materials, we inform you if our approximations could change.

We never share your private information.
