Alan Common
Support Engineer
Alan joined the support team at Transcendit in 2004, after six years of managing the IT systems for a chain of eleven hotels. He has moved up and down the country since he was 19, but returned to Newcastle to go to University. Alan has a degree in Business Information Technology, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Outside of the Gateshead office, Alan enjoys a fine malt whisky and a game of golf - although to our knowledge he doesn't do both at the same time. He also likes to visit different parts of the UK, particularly anywhere with a zoo or a wildlife park.
